We’re excited to welcome you to the celebrated Four Seasons Hualalai Resort on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii!
It will be an incredible three nights and three days of the 20 of us together, along with VIP guest speakers, incredible food and beverage, group and solo time, and those gorgeous views. There’s a reason they call it paradise.
To help shape our planning and ensure you a Titanium Elite experience, please read the following information closely and provide answers where noted.
You’ll want to do this via your large laptop screen, not the small phone you might be holding in your hand right now. Trust us. Ready?
You will be our honored guests from 3pm check-in on Saturday, May 20 through checkout at Noon on Tuesday, May 23.
We’re providing all meals, which we’ll enjoy as a group. Any room service or other add-ons you care to add will be charged to your own credit card you provide them at check-in.
We’ll have breakfast together as a group on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, lunch together on Sunday and Monday, and dinner together at a nearby private home on Sunday and Monday.
This invitation is specific to you and can’t be transferred to others. If your plans have changed or you’re now a tentative attendee (life happens), please notify us ASAP.
What to pack? Business casual. Think island lifestyle, ocean breezes, and pleasantly warm at 75 degrees under sunny skies. No need for high heels at any time.
Also no need to book a rental car. We’ll provide transport to and from the Kona airport, and all our activities are onsite. If that changes, we’ll provide the group transportation.
We’ve arranged for a dazzling set of world class surprise guest speakers to spend time with us. No prework involved for you.
All rooms and shared spaces are non-smoking, per resort policies.
